I can't eat like I used to.

That's about the only thing I can say for sure after completing the Elimination Diet a few weeks ago. I figured I would go on this diet, figure out that I was allergic to gluten or soy, start feeling 100% again, blog about special diet recipes, and live happily ever after. 

Unfortunately, I ended the diet not really having any answers. I got super sick on the end of my diet when I was traveling, even though I wasn't eating anything different. Then I'd eat a bunch of terrible food and feel completely fine for the week. I've come to the conclusion that it is probably stress related (although, not every time I'm stressed), and sometimes irritated by dairy (but not all the time). Also if I go to a bridal shower and eat baked goods for two hours I'm probably going to get sick.

So here I am, an ex-vegetarian and back to square one. I'm trying to stay a little less stressed these days, and trying out some natural treatments like probiotics and essential oils for my problems instead. Wish me luck!
